オンラインレッスン利用規約
第1条（目的および同意） 本規約は、講師（以下「当方」）が提供するオンラインレッスン（以下「本サービス」）の利用 条件を定めるものです。 本サービスへの申込みおよび決済完了をもって、受講者は本規約のすべての内容に同意したもの とみなします。
第2条（サービス内容）
- 本サービスは、オンライン通信ツールを使用して行うレッスンです。
- レッスンは 1回1時間 を基本単位とします。
- レッスン日時は、受講者と当方の合意のもと決定します。
第3条（料金および月謝制について）
- レッスン料金は 日本国内:1時間あたり4,500円（税込） とします。(EU圏、スイス在住の場合は、45EUR/CHF)
- 本サービスは 月謝制 とし、受講者は、当月に受講を希望するレッスン時間数を月初に申告 し、その時間数分の料金を 前払い にて支払うものとします。
- 月途中での時間数変更については、原則として当月分の返金は行いません。
第4条（支払い方法）
- お支払いは、当方が発行する オンライン決済リンク（Stripe） を通じて行うものとします。
- 支払いは 月払いとし、当方が指定する期日までに決済を完了するものとします。
- 支払いに必要な決済手数料や通信費等は、受講者の負担とします。
第5条（キャンセル・振替）
- レッスン開始前までに当方へ連絡を行った場合、当月内に限りレッスンの振替（リスケジュー ル）が可能です。
- 振替レッスンは、当方の空き枠状況により調整するものとします。
- 無断欠席（事前連絡のない欠席）の場合は、1回分のレッスンを消化したものとし、返金および 振替は行いません。
第6条（レッスン環境）
- 受講者は、オンラインレッスン受講に必要な通信環境、機器、ソフトウェア等を自己の責任と 費用において準備するものとします。
- 受講者側の通信環境や機器の不具合によりレッスンが実施できなかった場合でも、当方は責任 を負いません。
第7条（禁止事項） 受講者は、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
- レッスン内容の無断録音・録画、または第三者への公開
- レッスン受講権の譲渡、転売
- 当方に対する迷惑行為、誹謗中傷、信頼関係を損なう行為
第8条（免責事項） 天災、通信障害、システムトラブル等、当方の責に帰さない事由によりレッスンの実施が困難と なった場合、当方はその責任を負わないものとします。
第9条（個人情報の取り扱い） 当方は、受講者から取得した個人情報を適切に管理し、本サービス提供の目的の範囲内でのみ利 用します。
第10条（規約の変更） 当方は、必要に応じて本規約の内容を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、当方のウェブ サイト等に掲載した時点で効力を生じるものとします。 第11条（準拠法および管轄） 本規約は日本法を準拠法とし、本サービスに関して生じた紛争については、当方所在地を管轄す る裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄とします。

Services Provided
Online one-on-one music lessons conducted via online communication tools. Each lesson is typically 60 minutes per session. Lessons are available in Japanese, English, and French.
Pricing
Lesson Fee: Japan residents (Japanese lessons): 4,500 JPY per hour (tax included) EU/Switzerland residents (English/French lessons): 45 EUR/CHF per hour (tax included)
Monthly Billing System
Lessons are offered on a monthly billing basis.
At the beginning of each month, students declare the number of lesson hours they wish to take during that month.
The total lesson fee for the declared hours must be paid in advance.
No refunds are provided for unused lesson hours or changes made after payment, except as expressly stated below.
Payment Method
Payments are made through an online payment link issued via Stripe.
Payments are charged monthly and must be completed by the specified due date.
Any payment processing fees or communication costs are borne by the student.
We do not store credit card information.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
If a student notifies us before the scheduled lesson start time, the lesson may be rescheduled within the same month, subject to availability.
Rescheduling beyond the current month is not permitted.
No refunds are provided for canceled lessons, regardless of timing.
In the case of a no-show (absence without prior notice), the lesson is considered completed and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
Refund Policy
Lesson fees are non-refundable once paid.
This includes cancellations, partial use of monthly lesson hours, or failure to attend scheduled lessons.
Payment Timing & Receipts
Payments are charged after lesson hours are confirmed for the month.

Taxes
Prices include applicable Japanese consumption tax where required. For international transactions, applicable taxes are handled in accordance with regional regulations.
Payment Provider
Payments are securely processed via Stripe. Stripe’s terms and privacy policies apply to all payment transactions.
